On September 24th and 25th, 2016, the "Tsingdao Draft Zebra Music Festival" kicked off its two-day fantasy journey in the Xuhui Riverside Greenbelt in Shanghai. Themed "Birds of Paradise," the festival featured a music-inspired storyline interwoven with live band performances, marking the inception of the first domestic theme music festival. The mesmerizing performances by two Asian pop queens, Coco Lee and Jolin Tsai, brought the Qingdao Pure Heat Wave Music Festival to a triumphant conclusion. Over the course of two days, the event attracted nearly 40,000 attendees and garnered 6 million viewers on Tencent video. Weidong and his small team were responsible for designing the sole stage for the entire music festival.
